Year Round Lap Swimming
Hollow Rock’s lap pool features eight 25-meter lanes for your swimming workout. Year-round swimming is made available through our powerful heating system that keeps the pool at 80° F.
Hollow Rock is one of the few Triangle Racquet & Swim Club’s that offer year-round swimming options for you and your family.
The lap pool is open year-round Monday through Sunday, 5:00am – 10:30pm. Yes, 17.5 hours a day!
Carolina Aquatic Team
