Guest Registration
Hollow Rock Racquet & Swim Club is a member-only Club. Guests must be accompanied by a sponsoring member at all times. If you are interested in joining the Club, please contact us here. **No Dogs or pets are permitted on the grounds at Hollow Rock.
Guest Policy
1. Each membership is limited to the below number of guests per day/use:
one individual guest for the lap pool or
three individual guests for tennis or
one family (up to 5 family members) for the family pool
2. The same guest/non-member is limited to a total of six (6) club uses within a calendar year (January through December) with no more than two (2) times in any given calendar month.
3. All guests must check-in at the front desk and must be accompanied by the sponsoring member. Guests can now be pre-registered using your member portal either online or through our app, except for guests coming to the family pool. Local guests coming to the family pool must be registered at the front desk.
4. A member who sponsors a guest is always responsible for their guest’s financial costs while at the Club. This includes but is not limited to items such as guest fees, lesson/clinic fees, food etc. All charges will be posted to the sponsoring member’s account.
5. The guest fee for any guest/non-member is $10 per person per day/use. This fee will be charged to the sponsoring member’s account. All guests must be accompanied by their sponsoring member while at the Club. There is no charge for infants under one year old.
6. Out of town family or guests that are visiting with a member may utilize the Club at no charge and only for a maximum of 2 weeks per calendar year. Out of town guests are classified as persons who are visiting the member and whose permanent residence is at least 60 miles from the Club. Members must inform the Club and register out of town guests prior to use by e-mailing info@hollowrock.com.
7. There is no charge for a single childcare provider who accompanies children. A childcare provider is defined as any person who looks after a child in lieu of their parents while at the Club. Members must request a form to register the childcare provider by emailing info@hollowrock.com.
8. Non-members who are on the waitlist, may use the Club as a guest of a member twelve (12) times within a calendar year (January – December) with no more than two (2) times in any given calendar month. The guest fee for any guest/non-member is $10 per person per day/use.
9. Camps are not limited to the above restrictions.
10. Guests are not permitted on the following days:
Memorial Day
4th of July
Labor Day
11. The General Manager can at his/her discretion allow or disallow guest usage outside of the above rules and restrict guest privileges in an effort to eliminate overcrowding.
Child Care Form
You may download the form for registering any childcare providers accompanying your child this summer. Please return the completed form to info@hollowrock.com.
