Accounts Manager

Hollow Rock Racquet and Swim Club is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented candidate for the Accounts Manager position.  

Qualifications

  • Bookkeeping and administrative experience

  • Possess a degree from an accredited institution

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to learn application software thoroughly

  • Exhibits initiative, reliability, and organization

  • Understands basic accounting principles

  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills

Job Description
The Accounts Manager duties include bookkeeping, human resources, membership billing and account maintenance. 

Bookkeeping

  • Record and maintain the Club’s financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, revenue, and payments

  • Reconcile credit cards and bank accounts

  • Maintain payroll records and create biweekly payroll reports

  • Prepare month end revenue reports for the Club Manager

  • Follow best business practices to ensure internal controls are upheld


Membership Billing and Account Maintenance

  • Utilize the Cub’s software system to maintain member accounts and ensure accurate billing

  • Assist members with billing and account questions

  • Work with department managers with issues or questions with the software

  • Prepare monthly membership invoices and manage collections

Human Resources

  • Oversee the onboarding process of new employees

  • Maintain employee files and payroll records

  • Manage the clock in system, salary or hourly wage changes, and vacation times

  • Administer the 401K program

Compensation: $25 - $28/hr.
