Piranha Swim Team

2024 Swim Team registration will be live on April 10.

Welcome to the HRST Piranhas, a recreational, summer swim team (made up of two clubs – Hollow Rock and Stoneridge/Sedgefield) that competes in the Chapel Hill Summer Swim League. Registration is available on their team page here.

The Piranha Swim Team includes 125+ swimmers (ages 5 – 18) and a staff of veteran coaches & junior coaches, many of whom grew up with our team.
 
Our team’s goal is to provide a safe and fun learning environment where young swimmers of all abilities can build skills, improve fitness, make friends and enjoy being on a co-ed, multi-age team. We use every opportunity to have older swimmers connect to the younger kids, and we’re growing our junior coaching program to facilitate those relationships.
 
During our 10-week schedule, we offer daily practice Monday – Friday during the morning and the afternoon at Hollow Rock’s lap pool.
